The Group was founded by the late Karam Chand Thapar in 1929, an entrepreneur who laid the foundation for what would become one of India’s leading business conglomerates.
Guided by the vision and leadership of the late Inder M Thapar, and further advanced under Vikram M Thapar, our Group’s business ventures have continually evolved, building a lasting legacy. Today, The Group is led by Varun A Thapar.
Our current business ventures include KCT Logistics, one of India’s leading bulk material handling companies; Indian City Properties, a real estate firm with a focus on premium commercial assets in top tier Indian cities, and The Waterbase Ltd., India’s pioneering vertically integrated aquaculture organisation.
